Absolutely fascinating though (inevitably) I don’t agree with all Iain’s views. True, there are eerily obdurate and opaque suburbs and margin-colonies such as Cuffley (or so I found) but I do think Iain borders on delivering the dreaded psychogeographic sneer when he says the suburbs are dead quiet and no-one is there. Overall I find this not to be the case.
Thanks for putting this up but next time you advertise ‘outtakes from London Perambulator’ make sure you include me in the sequence. (I’m only joking by the way.)
